How does it work?

We want to make the process as simple as possible. Receive your order in these 3 easy steps. • Select your premium goods and proceed to the checkout • Choose a time slot for delivery and provide your credit card details. Our customer service will re-confirm the time with you for your convenience. • Relax and wait to receive your order

How do I pay?

We support Master Card, Visa and American Express.

How are orders delivered?

Items are delivered by our own vehicles.

When will I receive my delivery?

Your order will be delivered within the requested time slot. Our customer service team will confirm this with you. Next day delivery is assured for all orders processed before 8AM. We are off on Fridays and on National Holidays.

Is there a delivery fee?

There is no delivery charge for orders above BD20. Purchase amounts below BD20 are subject to a BD2 fee.

Can I return items if I no longer require them?

Due to the delicacy of our products we are unable to accept returns. In the case that we are at fault, the goods will be collected immediately and appropriate reparations made.

What if products I have ordered are out of stock at the time of delivery?

If you have paid for any item, which is out of stock at the time of delivery, we will suggest a future date for you to receive the product. If a time can not be agreed upon, we shall refund you the value of the undelivered item.

Can I save my orders for future purchase?

Yes. Log In to your account and click on the "My Orders" page. All your past selections will appear from which you can quickly re-order.
